Ahmed Osama began with a comprehensive account and tracking audit before launching the advertising campaigns. The business faced weak returns and measurement problems across its website and app. Ahmed reviewed the issues and worked to resolve them first, then launched and managed Snapchat campaigns.

From diagnosis and repairs to campaign management: the February–April report recorded 3,944 purchases and US$169,414.68 in attributed purchase value on US$18,054.80 in spend, with 9.38× ROAS.

January is the pre-engagement baseline supplied for this case study; the attached screenshots document the subsequent Snapchat reporting period. Periods and measurement scope differ, so these figures are not presented as a like-for-like percentage uplift.

Inside the case study

These are platform-attributed results for the stated period, not a statement of net profit or collected revenue from delivered orders.

Before the work: an unused channel and a measurement gap

The business sells pet products in Kuwait through a website and a mobile app. According to Ahmed Osama’s account of the project, the brand was advertising on other platforms before he recommended adding Snapchat.

The challenge extended beyond launching campaigns. Tracking problems across the website and app made reliable measurement an essential part of assessing the channel.

Ahmed Osama’s role: audit, repair, then campaign launch

Ahmed Osama led the work from the diagnostic stage, before spending on the new campaigns. He completed a comprehensive account and tracking audit, identified issues affecting purchase and value measurement across the website and app, and worked to resolve them before launching campaigns.

Ahmed then recommended Snapchat as a channel the brand had not been using, launched campaigns and managed advertising activity on the platform. His contribution covered the technical review, measurement repairs, channel expansion and campaign management that preceded the reported results.

Following this work, the February–April report recorded 3,944 purchases at 9.38× ROAS. Within that total, the main website-and-app campaign recorded 1,791 purchases at 10.02× ROAS.

Building the brand’s app into a complete sales channel in Kuwait

The screenshot shows a selection of campaigns Ahmed Osama ran to support sales through the brand’s app in Kuwait, within advertising activity covering both app and website. Customers had been buying the same products through other platforms. The work therefore focused on encouraging them to purchase directly through the brand’s own app.

Through advertising campaigns and promotional offers, Ahmed worked to establish the app as a complete sales platform. As this approach developed, customers began relying on the brand’s app for purchases instead of turning to other platforms for the same products. The objective was to build a direct sales channel for the brand and strengthen the app’s role in purchasing.

The campaign group shown recorded 1,085 purchases, US$44,844.93 in attributed purchase value and 7.28× ROAS. Within the table, the website-and-app campaign recorded 744 purchases, US$31,424.01 in purchase value and 8.05× ROAS.

This snapshot includes website and app campaigns. Its figures do not represent app-only sales or quantify customer migration from other platforms. The date range is not visible, so these results are not added to the February–April total.

The practical takeaway

For a business selling through both a website and an app, read performance at three distinct levels: account, campaign and reporting period. This report records purchase value of approximately 9.38 times ad spend across the stated February–April window. Assessing profitability then requires matching platform data with store and app records and accounting for product costs, fulfilment, cancellations and returns.
